Terms of Use
The rules that govern your use of PassPulse.
Last updated: 2 March 2025
1. Who we are
PassPulse ("we", "us", "our") operates the website passpulse.co.uk (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. What the Site does
The Site provides unofficial, informational data about UK driving test centre waiting times and pass rates. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA), the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA), or any UK government body.
3. Where our data comes from
Waiting-time figures are obtained from a third-party resource that queries the DVSA practical driving test booking system on a regular basis. Pass-rate statistics are sourced from publicly available DVSA datasets. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that the data is complete, current, or error-free. See our Disclaimer for more detail.
4. No booking service
We do not provide a booking service for driving tests. To book, change, or cancel a practical driving test you must use the official GOV.UK service at gov.uk/book-driving-test.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial reference. You must not:
- scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Site by automated means without our written permission;
- reproduce, redistribute, or republish our content in bulk;
- use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its systems.
6. Intellectual property
All original content on the Site — including text, design, code, and graphics — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright. DVSA data reproduced on the Site is Crown Copyright and is used under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
7. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to external websites. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or reliance on any information provided.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when published on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
